霹雳德教会洗肾中心-- 一个非营利主治机构是由一群来自霹雳德教会的资深成员组织而成。成立此中心最大的初衷，是为了提供能够负担得起的医治疗程于贫穷的患者。在当时为霹雳济德阁主席，已故黃木坤先生,AMP 的率领推动之下，大家理想中的概念在现实中终于被实现。一个不分种族肤色及不论宗教信仰，专为贫穷患者而设的洗肾中心成功于1996年一月落实。
By the middle of 1996, eighteen members Societies, as listed below, took the initiative to register the new Society, in name of Gabungan Pendidikan Akhlak Perak, that was approved by the Registrar of Society in 1997, under registration No.PPP/PK 3/97. The name was finally amended to Yayasan Dialysis Pendidikan Akhlak Perak in 1998. This Dialysis Centre was the first (1st) Centre set up under the combined effort of the Moral Uplifting Societies in Perak. The late Mr. Ng Buck Khoon AMP, was the first President from 1998 to 2005.
1996年中期之时，由以下所列出的18名霹雳德教会成员主动以【Gabungan Pendidikan Akhlak Perak】之名作为新的社团注册。通过社团注册局的批准后，社团编号为No. PPP/PK 3/97。1998年时期，中心名字正式被修改为霹雳德教会洗肾中心医药基金会。第一家洗肾中心的成立归功于全体霹雳德教会会员的鼎力支持与付出。1998年首位主席由已故黃木坤先生,AMP担任。黄先生一直任职至2005年。

Upon establishment of the new Society in1997, The National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia was called upon to work jointly on this project. We, The Moral Uplifting Societies, are to set up a Centre which is fully equipped and operational; with enough dialysis machines, equipments and related utensils, etc, at our own cost. As long as the Centre is working, replacement of obsolete machines and equipments including additional in future, will be borne by the Moral Uplifting Societies. The setting up is under strict supervision by the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia, to ensure compliance to the requirements of the Ministry of Health of Malaysia.
1997年中心成立初期，国家肾脏基金会一并携手响应此项目发展计划。所有的设备，器材，机器，设施，包括器具,一概由全体德教会响应筹资设置。只要中心一直持续如常运作，替换陈旧的器材或是增设崭新的设施，将会由本中心负责一切费用。中心所有的运作将在国家肾脏基金会严格监督下完成以确保符合马来西亚卫生部要求的标准规格。
The National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia, will provide its personnel and expertise to manage the daily operations of the Centre which include medication. The medical standard requirements are strictly adhered to at all times.
此外，国家肾脏基金会也提供专业人员负责协助管理中心日常运作业务。因此，中心得以时时严谨遵守卫生部设下的医疗准则。
Initially, we started operation with six (6) units Dialysis Machines in 1997 at two rented buildings. In 2003, due to increase of the patients, the dialysis machines were increased to twenty six (26) units and are working in three (3) shifts daily, from Monday to Saturday, after shifting to our own buildings situated at No 260,262 & 264, , Jln Chung Ah Meng Ipoh. Dato Chua Jui Meng, the Minister of Health officiated the opening ceremony of the new buildings and also presented us a generous donation.
1997年中心创始之时居于租借的物业并且只拥有6架洗肾器材。直至2003年，基于患者人数的增加，器材增设至26架，一天3次轮流操作，星期一至六。同时，中心搬迁至位于No 260,262 & 264, Jln Chung Ah Meng Ipoh自置的物业。新物业的开幕礼由当时的卫生部长，拿督蔡锐明律师主持开幕。拿督蔡锐明律师也在开幕礼当时慷慨解囊捐助于本中心。
Our establishment is a Non Profit Organization. The Management Committees comprise members of various Moral Uplifting Societies, who are working closely with the Management staffs of the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia. The running of our Dialysis Centre is funded by generous donations; in cash and equipments from the public and members of the Moral Uplifting Societies from all over the country. All donations received are strictly for medical expenses and financial aids to poor patients within our centre, so as the relevant machines and equipments.
由于此中心为非盈利组织，所有的运作经费开销皆来自于热心民众以及全国德教会会员的热心捐赠与资助。与此同时，中心的管理委员会成员均为各德教会的会员所组成。管理委员会会员与国家肾脏基金会保持密切的联系以确保中心依据规格运作。
Patients who are in difficulty can refer to our Welfare Department for immediate assistance. All donations are Tax Exempted as approved by the Ministry of Finance in 25-01-2003.
如若有任何患者遇上困难，可向本会福利部门寻求援助。依据财政部于25-01-2003的核准，所有予本中心相关的捐赠或资助均被豁免税务。
We sincerely welcome donations; irrespective of whatever amount may it be. It can be well assured that every cent receives will be channeled towards medical expenses and aids to assist the deserving poor patients. Let us stay together and do our bit, a small generosity can provide a better hope and life to these unfortunate patients.
在此，衷心的希望以及呼吁各界善心人士能够慷概解囊，与我们一起并肩共同造福于更多需要帮助的贫穷患者。无论是医疗费用资助或是器材捐赠，一分一毫，一器一材将被保证妥当运用于中心的患者以及设施之上。小小的施，大大的福。让我们一起同心协力携手带给不幸的患者一个生命的新希望。
